Def Jam asked us to concept and produce a new series titled “Origins”, an episodic docu-series where Def Jam artists bring us back to their hometowns to talk music, family, history, and more.
This first episode features PVRX’s hometown, the notorious Rexdale district in Toronto - a rough place to grow up that has provided inspiration for Canadian hip hop artists over the years.
Additional episodes featuring Ashton Travis, St. Bodhi, and Trouble are currently in production.
